Hi there,
I just bought a Crucial BX100 2.5-inch 500GB SSD for my Macbook Pro Mid-2010 Intel Duo Core 2.4Ghz, and have installed it as well as partioned it but am having trouble installing OS X on it. Each time I attempt to install OS X it says checking for verification and kicks me out and says try rebooting the application again - which I do to no success.
Some other notes:
- I just installed new RAM as well from OWC (Other World Computing) (2x 8GB chips)
- I was able to initially boot from a seperate external drive that had my backups on it to partition the new SSD
Any ideas? If more information is needed, I can provide. Thanks!
