iTunes and imatch music stuttering on all devices

Hello, I hope someone out there in iland can help!

itunes and imatch music has started stuttering and freezing very badly across all of my devices a few days ago.

This is only happening with music. Movies and videos are streaming seamlessly and my modem and signals are 100%....even song previews in the iTunes Store are stuttering badly and usually just freeze.

All of my music is in iCloud, nothing stored locally.

apple TV is wired, ipad3 and iphone 6 are on wireless network.

I have updated and rebooted all devices, modems and still no luck.

i Have not turned on the new apple music app but it is in my settings.

Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this or how to fix?
