I received different answers each time I talked to those Apple specialists. The Apple support said that all iPhones are locked to carriers even when I pay full price, but when I searched on the Internet, (for example, this article http://www.techwalls.com/iphone-6s-plus-models-differences/) they say that some models are unlocked and can be used on any carrier.
Can anyone confirm and clarify?

We don't want to join to the iPhone upgrade program, i also contacted many apple specialist, and they have a mixed opinion about purchasing the iPhone 6S at full price. I tought if you buy an iPhone from T-Mobile at full price, it was unlocked.
we bought two t-mobile 6s' with full price and they r working good in Russia...
