Why don't I have FaceTime on my iPod 6g and how can I get it?

Either it's disabled in the device's restrictions, or the device originated from Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates. iOS devices which originated in those countries will never have FaceTime.

Where did you purchase the device. Devices purchased in some Middle Eastern countries have FaceTime permanently removed from the device and cannot be added. Go to Settings>General>About>Model and report the model number here.

The only other country/region restrictions I know about are not allowing silencing the camera shutter sound (Japan and maybe others) and a lower max headphone volume (EU countries and maybe others too)
