Do you have any manually created partitions on your internal disk?

You cannot have any additional partitions when you need to use OSX and Windows on a single-disk Mac which is prior to Late 2013 model. It requires Terminal modifications to disk partitions.

Please post the output of the following OSX Terminal commands.

    diskutil list

    diskutil cs list

sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0

    sudo fdisk /dev/disk0

The "sudo" commands will prompt for your password, and it will not be echoed back. You may also see a warning about improper use of "sudo" and potential data loss due to "abuse" of the command.

You will not be able to use BCA to install Windows. What year/model is your Mac?

    1. Use BCA to create a USB Installer using Options 1 and 2.

    2. Manually Partition your disk and create a FAT32 partition of the size you want Windows to be.

    3. Create a Hybrid MBR manually to map the partitions to the MBR.

    4. Boot from the USB and install Windows on the partition in step 2.

    5. For every reboot necessary during Windows installation, manually choose the USB every time using the Alt/Option key.
