Please post the output of the following OSX Terminal commands.

diskutil list

diskutil cs list

sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0

sudo fdisk /dev/disk0

The "sudo" commands will prompt for your password, and it will not be echoed back. You may also see a warning about improper use of "sudo" and potential data loss due to "abuse" of the command.

1. Use BCA to create a USB Installer using Options 1 and 2.

2. Manually Partition your disk and create a FAT32 partition of the size you want Windows to be.

3. Create a Hybrid MBR manually to map the partitions to the MBR.

4. Boot from the USB and install Windows on the partition in step 2.

5. For every reboot necessary during Windows installation, manually choose the USB every time using the Alt/Option key.

Run BC Assistant, and click on Options 1 (Create USB Installer...) and 2 (Download Software). Point to the Windows ISO location when prompted. Do not use the last option (Install/remove windows...).

Run Disk Utility and create a FAT partition of the size you want Windows to be. Download a tool called GPT Fdisk (http://sourceforge.net/projects/gptfdisk/) and install it.

Please post back when you have completed these two steps.
