i wanted one of my iphones to be authorized for the new pc i bought. now i am backing up all my data to this new pc. during this process i am asked to deauthorize one computer. i am not connected now with any other pc except this new hp pc. i can deauthorize one kaapa-pc i have used before. what am i to do????

You have to de-authorise by going into iTunes.

but that is not sufficient. i have to go to itunes and what am i supposed to do?
If you still have any of the computers you authorised with your iTunes account, best way would be to login to them again and open iTunes. Once you've done that, go to the properties in the top left and highlight iTunes Store and select de-authorise this computer from the options provided.
