i don't have any credit card

i manage my apple id and i wold like to change my country ,it's no success. because he want me to select a payment method and i don't have a credit card and he is not have the selection of 'none' for me

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4.1

When you change the country or region of an existing Apple ID, you must provide a payment method and update your billing options. If you want to remove your payment method after you change the country or region, you can change your payment information to None.


If you don't have a valid payment method for your country then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can/will do anything : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
