Q: iCloud storage pricing: 200GB still showing as $3.99

I've been waiting for the new iCloud storage pricing announced at the "Hey, Siri, Give Us a Hint" event last week.  Today, I finally saw a change in the prices under the "Manage Storage" option.  However, on both my iPhone and my MacBook Air, the prices are shown as (also see attached screenshot from my Mac...its the same on my iPhone):

20GB = $0.99/month

200GB = $3.99/month

1TB = $19.99/month

But the announcement, which is backed up by this Apple Support Document (iCloud storage pricing - Apple Support): shows the pricing below:

United States (USD)

50 GB: $0.99

200 GB: $2.99

1 TB: $9.99

So what's going on with the 200GB option?  Why is it still showing up at the old $3.99 price?  Is this just a mistake or glitch of some kind or am

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4.1
