Is there an app that allows EQ high frequency adjustment for phone calls?

I have hard of hearing issues. Is there an EQ app that worked with phone calls on the Iphone6? I would like to use a standard wired headset with a mic but need the ability to boost higher frequencies in the voice. I have downloaded a few equalizer apps but they only impact music.
