Q: I want to shut down, and not have any association with my current keychain.

I feel my keychain was compromised, I would like to forget about that old one and make a new one. Is that possible? All kinds of weird stuff, certificates was in it.

MacBook Pro (15-inch Early 2008), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4), iPhone 6, and iPad mini 2

Have you tried the Keychain First Aid option in Keychain or the Certificate Assistant?

Yeah, It says fixed but I'm not sure if all the crap certificates are gone. There is 200 in my system root deal. I have a feeling someone was in my computer via the internet so I wiped it clean, would really like that sensitive data area nice and new too.

Just go to the Certificate section in the Keychain, select all, Control (right) - click on one and delete:
