I Thought we were going to be able to add Macy's and Kohls store cards, rewards, and credit cards to Wallet with ios9?
i Don't see options in the stores apps or trying to scan in the cards to wallet.

In iOS 9, Apple Pay "adds support for" store credit cards and reward cards.
The iOS 9 overview (What's New > Wallet) explains that "Soon you’ll be able to add your favourite store credit cards and reward cards".

As does the Apple Pay overview:
You need to call customer service at Kohl's and have them send you a new card (MasterCard or Visa). Then, you can add it to Apple Pay.
