Hi there, I'm a Beta tester, and currently have installed the iOS 9.1 Software, my question is if I need to update to the Today's update as when I go to General > Software Update it says my iPhone is uptodate, but on my Home Screen there's always the Feedback App, any ideas?
Already contacted Apple support, no way (I'm from Italy, phone calls are out of time at the moment).

If you installed the iOS 9.1. beta, you will need to find answers to the information in the material you received as a beta tester. It cannot be discussed in a public forum. Today's release was iOS 9, not 9.1.
I'm a 'public' Beta tester, not a developer, I tried to contact Apple directly but couldn't do that, so that's why I tried to ask here
Apple openly released the beta testing to the public and as such we should be able to discuss this.
There are a number of people on here who want to remove the beta and now have the full software but here seams to be no way to do this
No, they did not openly release the beta to the public. They allowed members of the public to register for and participate in a public beta program. If a user agreed to that, they also agreed to a NDA, Non Disclosure Agreement, which restricted them from discussing anything about it on a public forum, which you are on now. I suggest you look back at what you agreed to and electronically signed. As far as updating, that information was provided to you as well. Go back to where you registered for the beta.

As indicated earlier, if you were participating in the Public beta, you need to go back to that website you used to register and they explain what you need to do.
FYI: I downloaded iOS 9 beta directly from the apple authorized website when it is released..

Of course you did...that's the only place to get it from. but that doesn't excuse the responsiblity of violating your NDA and not reading the accompanying documentation.
As has been stated repeatedly, even though the beta was a public beta, it was/is still CONFIDENTIAL. If you do not know how to properly support the device yourself, you should not be using the beta.
Now I realized the magnitude of the problem and will never do this again.. Finally.. is there any solution to my problem?
Everything you needed to know was made available to you when you signed up. All you had to do was read the information before plunging into a beta install. See https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/faq to get back to a shipping version of iOS.
Ok, so if I understood, if you joined the Beta (like me) you will always get the earlier access to the newest Software Update, 'cause of that, if you want to have the Update everyone's downloading Today, you need to restore your iPhone and then upgrade (?) Is that how it works, right?
Read the FAQ link. We can't help you any further as discussion of the beta is a violation of the NDA you agreed to when you downloaded it.
