Q: my iPhone 6 (nearly 1 year old) began sticking in sleep mode today. It will not respond to Home or on/off button. I have to reset it by simultaneously pressing these 2 buttons. Should I take it to the Apple Store?

It will not respond to either Home button or on/off button. So I have to press both simultaneously to reboot.
