ken burns effect

Does anyone know how to do the ken burns effect in fce hd.. I've tried looking for it and other ways to do it but i can't get it. So if any one knows how to do this that wouls be great. thanks.

( just in case you didn't know what the ken burns was. Its were you have a still image and then its almost like the camera in zoomign in and pannign at the same time.)

iPhoto does a brilliant job.
I take my freeze frames from FCP/FCE then import into iPhoto. Create a slideshow and add "Ken Burns Effects" checkbox. I export as a QuickTime movie from iPhoto (with the pixels of my movie).

Try it out, it does a great job. I usually take out the music (either in iPhoto or in FCP/FCE).
