Sep 16, 2015 12:22 PM in response to Brandyknoxby Ralph Landry1,The iPhone 6S has not been released yet. iOS 9.1 is beta software and cannot be discussed on ASC as doing so violates the Terms of Use of ASC as well as the NDA for access to the beta software.

Sep 16, 2015 12:36 PM in response to Brandyknoxby Brandyknox,Guess it is just a 6 then, and this upgrade was on my phone and so I choose to upgrade. I am not trying to violate anything. But my phone is locked up. I do not think I am violating anything by asking what to do about the 9 upgrade that just made my phone completely useless. This upgrade popped up on my general settings.. I may not be up to date or knowlege of all the terminology but in no way should my post be in any violation

Sep 16, 2015 12:52 PM in response to celliott147by Brandyknox,I have no idea what that is.? My daughter just told me my phone is a 5s. Sep 17, 2015 9:40 AM in response to Brandyknoxby daffyduck7,Yesterday, when updating via iTunes, my 6 Plus froze on the opening splash screen (white screen, Apple logo) and every time I connected to iTunes it tried to restore and gave me error code 21. Eventually, I shut down iTunes and rebooted my Mac. After that I connected to iTunes again and it finally restored my device with iOS 9. Everything has been fine since then.
Not sure if you're experiencing the exact same thing, but may be worth trying.
