game center broken in ios 9

Anyone else seeing this? I saw this during the beta but in the last beta it would actually load eventually. But now it doesn't do anything. Just sits on the white screen. It works perfectly fine on my iPad Mini 3, though.

Seems to be fixed for me. Game Center settings opens up after a minute or two. Same with the GC app itself. Didn't have to log in for either, had my (only) Apple ID already logged in.

Launched Age of Empires: Castle Siege and it also took about 5 minutes before I saw the "Welcome Back..." banner from Game Center. Another minute later and the game finally loaded.

I think I'm good now. Will see.

I have an iPhone 6 64GB Game Center stays on the white screen like everyone else it won't open in settings and in fact if you double-click the home button it doesn't show the settings icon above instead it shows an icon of what Apps look like when they are installing. That is probably scarier than anything being that settings controls everything on your iPhone or iPad!!! The fact that Apple released this software with this big of and as many problems not to mention all the people I've heard who's iPhones slowed down or froze up completely. Fortunately for me mine was not one of those I was very happy until today updating to 9.1 thinking this would fix Game Center which of course it did not it is just made my phone slow like I was reading about happening to other people. Come on Apple I hate to say this but everything you've released since Steve Jobs died has been garbage!!! From this broken iPhone with a loose screen and discoloration to my Mac running YosemiteSam what the future is for Apple I seriously question?
