New Notes question

Hi Richard Mac User,

I understand that you are considering upgrading to iOS 9 in order to use the new features of the Notes app, but are unsure whether these features will be available to you since you are not an iCloud user, right? On a personal note, I am excited about the new features of the Notes app as well. You do not need an iCloud account to use these new features, but an iCloud account would be helpful when sharing these notes across devices.
