I installed ios 9 my iPhone 6 (not "s") device and i dont know how to enable 3D Touching.

Correct, as this is not available on the iPhone 6.
That's a function of the device itself, not the iOS, and isn't available on an iPhone 6.

3D Touch is built into the new iPhone 6s and 6s Plus your iPhone 6 does not support it as its not built into the phones 6 screen.
I am agree with you, by the way is there any reason why iphone 6/6+ doesn't support 3d touch? Is iphone 6s/6s+ screen technology or specs are better? Or the same? If it's just the same then it's so unfair to not get it on our iphone 6/6+
