Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
From your post I understand you have multiple iOS devices that are stuck on the Apple logo after updating to iOS 9. I know this must be a frustrating issue, so in order to get this resolved please follow the steps in the link below.
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond or doesn't turn on - Apple Support
