Q: missing text in printed hardcover book

I created a photo book. When it arrived, all of the text that I inserted on the cover page and is showing on the cover page onscreen did not appear on the printed book. What is wrong?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.5)

What does the preview you did before ordering show? Preview a print project in Photos, iPhoto, or Aperture to avoid issues - Apple Support

You need to contact Apple at the contact given to you in the order conformation email

thank you, LarryHN. I didn't know how to preview a book on the new Photos app (not as obvious as on iPhotos) and the missing text is on the preview. I'll contact Apple per your suggestion.
