Q: problem updating iphone 4s to ios9

Updated the 4s to IOS9.  It has locked the screen and will not let us go any further.  What can we do to fix this?

    Can you tell us something more about the updating? I have one iPhone 4s, and want to try update it to iOS 9

    I updated my iphone 4s to ios8.4.1 and my mail app quit working. Apprehensive about update 9 I decided to take a chance and update my iphone hoping it would fix my mail. Now my CALENDER DOESN't WORK! And this new leasing program Apple is trying to push. I hope it backfires big time. Fix my mail and my calender, because YOU broke it.

    Uupdate iPhone 4s to iOs9

    First findings :

    - No shortcut menu by sliding the Home screen on the side,

    - No contact photo in the Messages application,

    - No scroll bar in the Photos application,

    - No indication of battery in the notifications screen,

    - (?) Bug in Calendar : in the month view, touch one day does not display the corresponding day-screen ...
