My iMac was sent back to me , so i installed windows 8.1 and the upgraded to windows 10.
Now i have no sound on play back and in settings it says audio is ok, also sound playback on iMac is very low and in audio settings i can't change any settings as it does not increase volume.
If someone can help please reply
