Hi. I don't know if it's only happening to me, but after updating iTunes to the new version (12.3) all my album years show "aaaa". Its happening when I use Windows 7 and Windows 10 (I have two computers). When I downgrade to 12.2, everything is fine. I tried to reinstall iTunes and the problem is still there.
Is it a bug or something is wrong with my computers?

What language is iTunes set to? I have a patch for the same problem with Polish, where it shows up as "rrrr". See 'rrrrr' instead year of all songs. Assuming the same bug is involved I can patch the relevant Localizable.strings file.

With iTunes closed, open C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.Resources\pt_PT.lproj\localizable.strings with Notepad++.
The Program Files folder may have a slightly different name or include (x86).
Search for the text aaaa (there should only be one instance) and replace it with yyyy.
Save and close the file.
Open iTunes.

PS. Don't use regular Notepad for the edit, it breaks the file. I've upload a corresponding patch as well for those that don't want to make the edit themselves.
