How do I remove this pointless bar? - "Showing only music on this iPhone. Show All Music"

Since upgrading to iOS 9 there is now an annoying and space consuming bar on my music app that I can't seem to remove. Does anyone know if there is a way to remove this?

I'm well aware I've turned 'Only Offline Music' on as I don't stream my music (128GB capacity being put to good use).

I was really disappointed with the new music app after the release of Apple Music, really feels like they're let down the users who aren't interested in a streaming service as there seems to be no way to opt out of it entirely, it's still there taking up unnecessary space on my UI, but I could cope with just sticking on the My Music tab. Now this bar has come along and stolen a portion of screen estate on this tab ><

But enough ranting, hopefully someone has found a solution, or maybe apple will pick up on this and remove it?

Switch Only Offline Music off. The bar will disappear and you will still only see your music - what's on your phone and any other music of yours which is stored in iCloud music library. If all your music is already stored on your phone then there'll be no difference. If you really don't want cloud music to appear, you can turn off ICloud Music Library in the Settings for Music. If you don't want any Cloud music to be displayed (not even your own), you have no reason to have it on.

I'm in the same situation as Nymik - absolutely no interest in streaming music; and I feel that for this use case the new "Apple Music" app is a huge letdown. I found the following radical solution that +/- suits my needs:

1 - Disable Apple Music in Music Settings > Music (to "simplify" the app's interface)

2 - This still wouldn't prevent the (Apple) Music from showing iTunes purchases (strangely enough from one of my secondary iTunes accounts...), with the "Only offline" switch having absolutely no effect on this behaviour

3 - I therefore signed out of all online services under the Music app's profile button (Can't remember the exact name of the option since it's already off on all my devices)*

Et voilà: All traces of (my or other) online music are gone from the app. As regards the bar mentioned by Nymik: You can either turn off the "Only offline" switch (which will make it go away) or hit the bar itself, which will turn off said switch (I can live with that since the switch now literally doesn't do anything anymore because the online vs. offline distinction is now a moot point).

*) I was astonished to see myself "halfway" signed in in the Apple Music mess after the update to iOS 9 because (a) I haven't asked for it, and (b) it activated some features tracking my usage patterns (such as following what the app believes to be my favoured artists). Not cool!
