IWeb and Website not the same

I updated and moved some photos today. The working version of iWeb looks correct as the captions match the photo. However, when I publish, I find that the captions no longer match all of the photos.

Do I need to reenter the caption information? ( something is wrong if I have to).

Also, an ongoing problem for me. When I create a new page and want to match previous pages in color choices, I find that I can't go back to the original page and find the original color choice. It sticks to the color name of the the last page worked no matter what crayola I choose for the new page or vice versa. Does that make sense? This is nothing new. I can eventually match but again, a flaw if this doesn't work automatically.

I'm relatively new to iWeb and also having problems with my published site and iWeb looking different. In my case, I notice that text in a paragraph often doesn't fit the same. Sometimes words are moved to a new line in a paragraph. This is espcially a problem when the beginning of a sentence gets moved to a new line because it indents a little due to the initial two spaces before the first letter of the first word. I'd be more understanding if I was viewing it using Internet Explorer or Firefox or on a PC but I'm viewing it on my Mac with Safari.
