how to fix freezing on new update on ios9.

Force restart your iPhone then try again.

Hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home button for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Then tap Settings > General > Software Update

This option didn't work in my 4s. I have did force shutdown many time even updated to 9.2

same problem here too, cant update to the 9.0.2, then complete reinstall the iOS with DFU mode, the backup will not be complete!!!!

Iphone4s is not made for ios 9 and above apple should admit this fact. 4s freezes again and again after updating to 9
