If you are being prompted to enter your iTunes Store password on your iPhone then you may have a paused or stuck download from the iTunes Store. Please check your iTunes Store downloads by following the information below to clear out any pending downloads.
- Tap iTunes Store.
- On your iPhone or iPod touch, tap More at the bottom of the screen. Then tap Downloads.
On your iPad, tap Downloads.
- If prompted, enter your Apple ID and password.
- Tap the blue download arrow next to a paused item to resume the download.
