Try a forced restart. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it comes up. You will not lose anything

If the steps above do not help, what antivirus software are you using? McAfee in particular has created a lot of problems for some, myself included. Try temporarily disabling the AV and test your phone.

Same problem here. After reinstalling iTunes, then repairing iTunes, restarting everything, all to no avail, I decided, for some reason, the problem was a missing driver. The link below sorted it all out for me. iPhone now happily syncing.

does anyone know where the ios 9 ipsw file stored in windows 10?I was planning on erasing it after upgrading my phone since it takes up 1,8Gb of my storage but i couldnt find it,thanks
