I have windows vista 64bit everything was fine with itunes untill now ios9 i get this phone cannot be used requires newer version of itunes

When i try to install it says this installer windows 7 64bit, im using windows vista 64bit now i cant do anything with my phone an ive pre-ordered the 6s

iPhone 6, iOS 9

You need to install iTunes 12.1.3. Clickherefor download links.

I believe that is the version i have installed, I got my iphone 6 replaced by Apple yesterday came home plugged it in an restored it worked perfectly. I then installed Ios9 now it wont be recgonised in itunes
