Can I change my Apple Music subscription from an individual to family plan?

I signed up as an individual for the trial but would like to switch it to the family plan. Anyone know how to do this? iTunes is an indecipherable mess as usual.

Thanks Apples search *****. I'd ended up doing it on the iPhone, very obvious option there. Look at those iTunes directions and tell me Apple is the master of good UX. That flow is a huge joke.
