iCloud Photo Stream not syncing with Windows 8.1 PC
My iPhone and iPad are both syncing to the iCloud but my Windows 8.1 PC is not. I have uninstalled and reinstalled iCloud on the PC. I have turned photos off and back on in the iCloud program on my PC, I have all the current updates for Windows 8.1 installed, I have rebooted my PC multiple times, I have changed folders for the iCloud software. Nothing I do will get the PC to sync. Any ideas are appreciated.
