Wallet is looking for a standard 4 digit American Express security code, B o fA only has 3 digit on their Amex. Any ideas on how to make it work? I tired putting a 0 before the 3 digits and also tried putting a 0 after it. Neither of which worked.

Some payment cards (from any given participating bank) may not be supported in Apple Pay.

As with all American Express cards, the 4 digit security code is on the front of the card.
