Q: why is there a computer image with a name next to it in my shared folder in finder

In my finder under shared there is a picture of a computer with some letters and numbers next to it. What is it? How do I get rid of it?

Mac mini (Mid 2010), iOS 6.1.1

Is there a Network Storage device, Windows, or Mac device on your network that has Sharing enabled?
