Having trouble pairing after unpairing Apple Watch

Follow the instructions here, including manual pairing (at the bottom) if the normal pairing process is not working:

I Had to reset the watch and hard boot my phone before I could repair.
THe watched became unpaired again the next day. This time I reset network settings on the phone and it repaired automatically .
SO the problem was in the phone not the watch. Thanks.
