WIND MOBILE: MMS photos not sending from iphone after ios 9 update?

Hey all,

Anyone else on Wind Mobile in Canada having this issue after upgrading to iOS 9? iMessage working fine, internet data is fine. I can even receive MMS photos but I can't send them. Keep getting the red NOT DELIVERED error. Made sure that MMS was switched on obviously. I've also checked all the APN settings and tried both the ones from the wind site as well as the ones on the APNsettings website.

Neither work.

Help?
