Hello, I have an iphone 5s 16 GB version 8.4.1.
I went to upgrade to an Iphone 6 and it appears the frame is slightly bent. I read that this seems to be a common occurence with 5's and 6's and that Apple doesn't seem to acknowledge this defect.
I was told, by an apple salesman, that my phone was not recyclable. Have you any advice as I have taken excellent care of my phone.
