What on earth are you expecting people here to do about that? Borrow some money from someone, ask your parents, get a job. Or borrow a charger from someone. No one here (or at Apple) is going to give you a charger because you were careless enough to lose yours.

Clearly you are trying to find an entertaining way to pass the time. I have no doubt that you have not only the means but the capability of finding out these answers by yourself. If you do not, then you are too young to be using this forum, and you should be seeking the advice from your parents. That's what they are for. To answer questions that you do not have the facility to answer.

If you have an actual technical issue or problem with your Apple hardware or software, and if you clearly articulate what that problem is, then the people on this forum will do everything they can to help you.

But wasting our time with questions that are the equivalent of asking what the meaning of the universe is, is simply childish.

You can buy a charger with money directly in the Apple Store.

Of course you can also buy Gift card at the Apple Store as well.

They have blank gift card so you can tell them how much you want the card to be. (Not sure about $15 though)
