Since years I've had my yahoo account as apple ID (never have changed it). I've never used iCloud because i always backed up to my computer. Now that i want to use the iCloud and i enable it when I sign in through my apple ID on the iCloud it says "your apple id or password is incorrect". but its not... i logged in and out of my id and everything matches. It lets me log into everything else but iCloud.. why is that?

OK, so you are trying to set up iCloud for the first time? Or did you already set up your iCloud account using your Yahoo Apple ID?

yes this is the first time I try to set it up. I only assume it's my Apple ID because that's what the phone told me to log into
OK, so are you trying to log into iCloud.com without having set up the iCloud account first? If so, that is the problem. Follow the instructions in this support article to set up iCloud (you need to do it through either an iOS device or a Mac):

If you want to be able to access your iCloud account via a PC, once you have set it up, you will need to follow the instructions in this support article to get the iCloud Control Panel set up in a Windows machine: Download iCloud for Windows - Apple Support
