There is no enter button on the Apple Watch.

The passocde is four digits long.  Once you enter four digits, the Apple Watch will recognize you are therefore finished entering it.

    This is not necessarily correct.

If you have entered four digits and your watch is not unlocking, then you have most likely set it up to use a complex password - one that is longer than four digits in length. After you have entered the final digit of a complex password (with no enter button required), your watch will unlock.

In case you do have a four digit passcode and there is a software issue, try force restarting your watch and then re-try entering your passcode: Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for around 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
