HI I tried to download ios9 to my iPhone 5s everything was successful, then it said slide across and it won't I'm tearing hair out trying to resolve this I have managed to get iOS to my iPad mini I don't have a computer to Restore this can I do it another way?

you can try this out first:
If the Slide to Upgrade screen won't go away after you update to iOS 9 - Apple Support
if that doesnt work you can try this:
iPhone 5 Stuck on slide to upgrade after iOS 9 update..
I myself am stuck on some infinite loading screen loop after updating : /

Opps sorry didnt read that last part. i think the only way is to restore your backup from the cloud. That is if have backed it up there before.
