iPad Air 2 iOS 9 Keyboard cut copy paste broken

the the notes app is fine. But when you select text on any word processing app or Mail, selecting by holding 2 fingers and dragging, you get Unde/redo. No cut copy paste. They appear if you tilt the screen portrait and back to landscape. Tapping quickly with 2 fingers on a word does bring up the options, but then you can't select what you want. It only select a word, sentence or paragraph.

Same behavior in Mail, but Mail lets you select the words you want.

I have seen this on every iOS 9 review on YouTube. They select. Only undo and redo come up. Then video cuts away and magically they have cut, copy and paste. I'm now experiencing the same thing.

I can not replicate this behavior on my iPhone 5S. Frankly, how you are using two fingers to tap and select text on a screen that small is an amazing feat in itself. I tap with one finger and I can manipulate the blue dots to grab the text that I want. I can copy and paste with no issue at all.

I would love to see one of these YouTube videos. Can you pat a link?

? I don't know what you're talking about. This is an iPad forum. i clearly put "iPad Air 2" in the title. And no. I've never jailbroken anything in my life.

Here's Dom. just fast forward to 5:04. Undo/redo After he selects. Then magically he cuts the video and comes back with cut,copy,paste. Like I said. It is broken.

I can confirm this behavior in iOS 9 on my IPAD AIR 2. It doesn't work. I will make a video about it as well. Nobody is talking about iPhones.

Here are screenshots. I'm sure anyone with an iPad Air 2 who is honest will find the exact same Issue. Select You only get undo/redo. You tilt it portrait and cut copy show up. And what I said in the OP.
