Sep 18, 2015 4:17 AM in response to Lawrence Finchby Ozzie108,Well, I have the latest version of iTunes and my phone is not jailbroken. The possibility exists that my kids did something like that with my computer, but not sure. Any idea how to overcome that issue?

Sep 18, 2015 5:23 AM in response to Ozzie108by Lawrence Finch,All may be good with yours, but if your kids jailbroke their phones they are probably infected with spyware and viruses. If you share an Apple ID with them you should change every password you have ever used from the phone, and do something to undo the damage to their phones.
