    Aditional:

apple make business in the iran market pls look in AppStore under iran.

you can buy apps from Iranian companies and apps only for iran

so this is real business with cash coming and going with real income

to provide a activation code is no cash so no income so no business

hhowever to say Apple don't have business in iran is wrong !

There is no App Store for Iran. Apple does not do business there.

If you believe there is, post a screen shot to prove it.

There is no Iranian app store. That is the App store for a different country. Just because the app says it was designed for use in Iran does not magically transform that App store into an Iranian App store.

It is a violation of the Terms of Service for anyone to purchase or download apps from an app store serving a different country.

There are NO supported carriers in Iran. You can not purchase any Apple products from any authorized source in Iran. You can not get support for any Apple products in Iran.

I understand this makes you unhappy, but there is absolutely nothing anyone here can do about it. Perhaps, in the future, that will change. Until then, you take your chances using unsupported products in Iran.

    1) I mansion before that there is no Apple store to buy Apple products not in Iran and not in some other countries !

    2) this app's you can buy in AppStore are made from Iranian uploaded to Apple and Apple sell it to Iranian and Apple pay to Iranian app owner in iran that is business in iran

carrier support is NOT related to make business in iran

There are countries not iran who don't have Apple Store but carrier support from Apple and countries who don't have apple Store as well NOT IRAN and up till now no carrier support from Apple.

That iran is not the favorite county for us companies is clear

but the issue is activation of LTE what is not only a iran issue !!!!! in case you don't believe that other counties have problems with LTE support google it

ssecond problem is if you going on roaming there again you will not get LTE also if you are in counties with Apple Store and his own AppStore

Sorry. That's incorrect. It is not being sold in the Iranian App store because there is no app store serving Iran. Just because the app says it's for people in Iran does not mean Apple is doing business in Iran.

If it is being sold in the German App store, then the app developer had to register as a developer there. The payment does not go to Iran. The payment goes to the app developers account in Germany. What the owner of that account does with the money after that is not Apple's problem.

This has Absolutely nothing to do with any relationship between the US and Iran. Do NOT make this a political issue. It is not political.

You obviously don't understand how business in the real world works.

    We can't help you.

I surprise!! APPLE! instead of answering, deleting my comments !I

apple should return to previous attitude as a lovely technological brand. if you have a bit knowledge of telecom you could find out your answer is completely irrelevant . it means certifying LTE from apple is just like a Mercedes Benz says I must check your roads to sell cars.

I am PhD of technology Engineering and I graduated at University of Michigan. I know telecom technology very well. just for your information, in worth condition if apple decides to play as neutral role it could send and email to operators and asks for their certificates. as you may not know, most operators works on the same license and equipment. such as CORE, RNC, SGSN,GGSN,BSS, NodB, Frequencies,...

again just for your kind information you can google that Microsoft open its official office in Iran recently. by reviewing GSMA.COM you can get good view regarding trends of telecom industries.

In future if you need I can explain some aspects an affects of new Apple's attitude in market.

    KiltedTim

it's better to answer and talk in friendship manner instead of talking nerves, suppose this problem happened for your own. here is place to talk technical to find a unique solution.

    Thanks for your answer

I get the same problem with deleting my answer

The part with the Mercedes is exactly what i tray to say before but I could not mansion it so good .

if you buy a expensive phone around 1000 euro  you like to get minimum same ore more support like a china phone for 300 euro ( huawei)

and the most of iPhone features are in need of Internet so if you complicate the access  to Internet it's  like you buy a ferrari but you can use only gear one.

and this not only in iran also in other counties and in special in roaming.

I cand undersent this new creation of problem it will push consumers to solve the problem his selve what is defenty not good.

Asexsample russia iPhone with Russia SIM card travel to dubai or austria travel to other europien counties we don't get LTE as well at least on travel.

    hi all

sorry for my last post I get some problems with spelling control

i find some information on Apple support side but this will not solve the problem

here the link: Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone in the Middle East - Apple Support

You can read : "The carrier, not Apple, provides technical support for iPhone in this region."

Means one other company ( not Apple ) provide the technical information to the carrier to enable the carrier to support iOS 9.0.2

if you read this in German it is more clear written that other companies than Apple provide this service to the carrier.

In this case the carrier don't need to be a Apple partner to get iOS support information or to do " business with Apple "

So I understand Apple or other companies who provide support for carriers asking money from the carrier for service and separate for the source code of any software and this can be expensive so some carrier make the own software to support handsets at least they tray to do so.

I'm not a specialist in IT but this is what I understand up till now

No one here works for Apple. This is a user forum. You can use the contact us link at the bottom of the page to send feedback to Apple if you want, or you can write them a letter and send it through the post.

Apple does not provide support via email.
