iOS9 Airdrop to Mac not working

Trying to connect iPhone 6+ iOS9 to 2013 iMac OS X 10.10.5 via Airdrop but not showing up on iMac or iPhone, worked perfectly before iOS 9.

iPhone can Airdrop to another iPhone and iMac can Airdrop to another Mac, but not iPhone to/from Mac.

iOS update was originally done OTA and have reinstalled through iTunes.

Have tried all suggestions I have come across but still they won't connect.

Anyone have similar problems?

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5), 21.5 in 2.9GHZ i5 16 GB

Hi.

I have 1. iMac 27" i7 El Capitan 10.11.1 Beta (15B30a) cat5 with wifi on

2. iPhone 6 9.0.2

3. Apple Watch 2.0

4. iPad (4thgen) 9.0.2

5. Mac mini El Capitan 10.11 cat 5 with wifi on

6. Macbook Air (wife) El Capitan 10.11

7. iPhone 5 (wife) 9.0.2

8. Fritzbox 7390 latest OS.

Airdrop only works from (1.) iMac to (4.) iPad (both ways)

I have restarted, switched through airdrop settings, rebooted all wifi and routers etc. I am in all the contact lists, iCloud etc.

Still no joy!

Cheers

Hola. What I managed to do, after stumbling on this issue (in regards to photos anyway)

From MacBook Pro (2011/OS X) to iPhone 6 (iOS9) dragging the picture icon over the Photos application on my Dock that way the picture(s) will be included in your PhotoStream (if you use it 😐).

To be quite honest, this maybe a ploy by Apple to push its consumer base to use their iCloud Drive nonsense (which I refuse, got enough problems dealing with two Apple IDs).

Hope this is helpful until Apple makes a fix 😉
