Throughout ios 8 have battled with loosing purchased ringtones.
After an update (8.1.2 i think) this seemed to settle down.
Just updated to ios 9 and hey-presto they have disappeared again.
Any apple magicians who can help me reverse this magic would be appreciated.

Update 25/09/15
Tried the suggested fix but did not resolve the issue.
Have now contacted iTunes store support from here https://getsupport.apple.com/Issues.action
After a couple of attempts they managed to restore the ringtone but not the alert tone.
At this point the alert tone is still not showing on either iPhone or iTunes on PC.
