Apple Music free three month trial only showing up as one month ?!

Hi all,

My mum has got an iPhone and I have downloaded the apple music three month trial for her, however, it is only showing up as one month free trial ?? Why is that?

While I'm here, apple music isn't shuffling the music, it plays one song then just goes off??

Can anyone please advise me 🙂
