Forgot password and security question . No access to my iCloud email. What are the option to reset password and security question and access to my iPhone?o

hello, I couldnt recollect my password and security question . How to reset both when we don't have access to primaryemail id and no rescue email address?

COntacted apple support they suggest to reset the iPhone . I don't have any backup on iCloud only on phone. Is there a way around to reset password and security question without removing my backup? Please suggest.
