Q: Unlock Ipad

I have an Ipad that a former employee was given for work. They no longer work for me and I need a way to unlock the Ipad. I have tried restor but it still wants the login.

    If the iPad has the Activation Lock set by the former employee you need that employees Apple ID and password to unlock it.  Or, if you have proof of original ownership you can take that and the iPad to an Apple store genius bar and see if they can unlock it for you.
