my Bluetooth is not working... It say. To pair Apple Watch
The wording "To pair an Apple Watch with your iPhone, go to the Apple Watch app." is normal and will always display when Settings > Bluetooth is open. It is just an instruction in case you have an Apple Watch but will display whether you have one or not.
What are you trying to pair to and what is happening when you try?
