Q: Slide to upgrade msg showing while updating iOS 9 on my iPhone 4s

hi

 

its its been over 10 hrs now side my iphone 4s has freezed . i recently got updated to upgrade to ios9 and I updated it . But now it continuously responds as to slide to upgrade and it doesn't update and freezes down. Kindly help me with a solution plzzzz

    I've spent hours on this issue seeing as ive experienced it as well, and whilst i dont have a 100% resolution you can get the phone working again.

    Firstly the article apple have released on the problem that you refer to is pretty useless.

     

    Basically iOS 9.0 DOES work on an iPhone 4S, but only if its a factory reset to iOS 9.0 and you DONT attempt to restore.

    If you factory reset, the phone is useable (without all data).  If you factory reset and then restore from backup (iCloud or iTunes), upon restart the same issue reappears (stuck on slide to upgrade screen).  So it appears as though it must be something to do with the restored data from a pre iOS 9.0 backup that isnt compatible with iOS 9.0 on iPhone 4s.

    I have a call with Apple tomorrow morning about this issue, but am not hopeful.  Will post again with an update after then.
